If you would like your child to be added to our waiting list, please click on the form below and complete it with yours and your child's details. Please indicate which sessions you are interested in and when you would like your child to start. We advise that your child attends on at least two different days each week to help them settle quicker. Please be aware that the sessions and start date you request may not be available and therefore we may need to offer you an alternative.
